Agents do the volume; people do the judgment. Most of the raw output here — drafts, checks, first passes — comes from the same kind of AI labor we sell. The humans spend their time on the decisions that actually need one: what to build, what to ship, what to say no to.
We ship daily, and writing beats meetings. A clear paragraph travels further than an hour on a call, survives time zones, and forces the thinking that a meeting lets you skip. If you can't write it down, it isn't decided yet.
We don't post roles we aren't hiring for, and we aren't hiring for any today. But exceptional people are always interesting, and small teams change shape fast.
